**   Notice to Bidders\Suppliers Regarding Pre-Letting Questions  **

Beginning with the advertisement for the May 17th letting, the following procedures shall be in effect:

Prior to the letting, the Department will accept questions from contractors and suppliers regarding the letting plans, the Proposal, and the Standard Specifications only in a written format through the BidX website at https://www.bidx.com/ne/lettings.  Likewise, NDOR will post answers exclusively to the BidX website (a link to the page will be available from the NDOR website).  All official answers will be identified as “Authorized by NDOR.”    No answers will be given verbally.

The Department will endeavor to answer questions before 5:00 P.M. on the day prior to the letting.  However, due to workload or the availability of resources, no guarantee is made that any particular question will be answered.
